•••Known to all as "Fanch", this seasoned sailor from Le Guilvinec was introduced to racing at an early age. Fascinated by the world of sailing, François went on to become a recognized professional in the world of ocean racing, both as a technician and as a navigator.
As a youngster, he naturally joined the Finistère 420 dinghy team and raced sport catamarans and liveaboards... After studying business in Quimper, he decided to move into the world of ocean racing. A recognized sailor for more than 15 years, François masters all types of boats, from the technical aspects of boat design to all aspects of sailing at sea: Mini 6.50, Ocean50, ORMA, IMOCA, MAXI...
