With an all-star line-up of diverse, international speakers, change-makers and advocates, and over 500 registered participants, the focus is on developing and sharing solutions via an innovative and interactive online platform that maximises guest participation and engagement.

Hosts Danni Washington, Liz Bonnin and Niall Myant-Best will lead us through conversations with interesting and accomplished changemakers who are working to make a difference, including:
José María Figueres (Former President of Costa Rica, former Managing Director and CEO of World Economic Forum, and Co-Founder of Ocean Unite); Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee); Mark Towill (CEO, 11th Hour Racing Team); Peter Burling (Founder of Live Ocean and Olympic gold medalist, America’s Cup winner, and sailor in The Ocean Race); Philippe Cousteau (Earth Echo International); Karen Sack (Ocean Unite); Michelle Bender (Earth Law Center), Dr. Carlie Wiener (Schmidt Ocean Institute); and Dr. Mark Baumgartner (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution), along with very special guest speakers, including Mary Robinson (Chair of the Elders, former Prime Minister of Ireland) and David de Rothschild (Voice for Nature Foundation and Plastiki), among many others.
The Summit also features eight Action Labs, running simultaneously. Each is a 40-minute interactive deep-dive session into ocean health topics and is integrated into the Summit agenda, starting at 11:20am EDT (1720 CEST):
