A naval architect by training and a sailor, Félix is Tanguy Le Turquais' co-skipper in the IMOCA GLOBE SERIES championship races.
Raised in the Normandy region of the French Alps, Félix turned to the ocean during a trip around the world on the family sailing boat. With a passion for sailing, he returned from Southampton to study for a Bachelor of Engineering in naval architecture, followed by an MSc in transport design. Hired by Philippe Briand, he went on to learn and invest in the development of iconic sailing yachts and superyachts. With a visceral need to sail and brave the ocean, Felix rediscovered the essence of his passion by taking part in the Mini Transat, where he achieved several podium finishes and a 4th place in the competition.
Now in charge of maintenance on the IMOCA Lazare, he will be taking part in all the double-handed races with Tanguy.
