The whole of the IMOCA Class salute Thomas Coville’s performance aboard his Sodebo.
Whilst Thomas was chasing after the record, he crossed the path of our skippers racing in the Barcelona World Race.
A race will always result in a victory, whilst a record can be thankless in some ways, so Thomas’ commitment from beginning to end is all the finer.
We salute the great sailor and his partner Sodebo, without whom these fine oceanic epics wouldn’t exist.
