About the Skipper

Louis was born in Paris but he now definitely belongs to Brittany. He's the manager of a communications agency based in Paris, and his passion to the ocean and to sailing grew with the time he spent on holidays in South Brittany ever since he was a child.

He's been racing since he turned fifteen, he's been quite involved in sailing dinghies and participated in many regattas, including the Spi Ouest France and the popular French Edhec regatta.

Louis and his brother Nelson have always sailed and raced together. They are now back again to participate in an incredible adventure. They run their team from A to Z within their own structure: campaign financing, team running, communications etc...

Obviously these two sailors from Paris do not come from the usual ocean racing career ladder, but they will know how to handle their Open 60 focusing on their main values: adventure, self-transcendence and the strong desire to get ahead.
