In March 2025, the Voile Banque Populaire team announced the construction of a new IMOCA, which will be launched in early 2027, with the aim of competing in the 2028-2029 Vendée Globe.

While the details of the architectural project will be revealed during the first half of the year, this innovative and state-of-the-art boat will be designed with a performance-driven approach to handle all conditions at optimal speeds.
