At 3:30 a.m. on Friday, September 13, while racing in 13th position in the 48h Azimut Challenge, the IMOCA Fortinet-Best Western dismasted. Skippered by Romain Attanasio, the boat was approaching the "Hervé Laurent" waypoint.
On board, the skipper, along with Adrien Bernard (Boat Captain) and Richard Mardens (OBR), are safe and well. Together with the race management and the technical team, they are doing everything possible to secure the IMOCA Fortinet - Best Western and bring it back to Lorient.
