EUROPE EXPRESS | Biotherm triumphs… and the next chapter is already being written
Seven weeks have passed since the IMOCA fleet set sail from Kiel. And this weekend, in Boka Bay, it was already time to say goodbye.
In the night from Sunday to Monday, Biotherm crossed the finish line of the final leg of The Ocean Race, seizing victory. An almost flawless race, brilliantly led by Paul Meilhat and his crew, who let their joy erupt at the finish. But beyond the trophy, it’s the journey that gives such depth to the emotion: two years of effort, doubts, and perseverance to finally reach this moment of triumph.
All the teams will carry unforgettable memories with them: daring crossings, fierce battles at sea, precious support ashore, encounters, cultural exchanges, and that unique atmosphere that makes The Ocean Race so much more than just a competition.
One thing is certain: everyone is already dreaming of the next start.
See you in New York, on September 2, 2026, for The Ocean Race Atlantic.
