RACE REPORT I Day 4 on the Transat Café l'OR: North or South?
As the fleet completes its 4th day of racing, British skipper Alan Roberts breaks down and analyzes the IMOCA fleet on the Transat Café de l’OR. After passing the Portuguese coast, Alan explains that our competitors will soon have to choose between the northern or southern option to cross the Atlantic, an eternal dilemma in transatlantic races.

French skipper Paul Meilhat and Portuguese co-skipper Mariana Lobato have launched the IMOCA boat they will race in The Ocean Race Atlantic (2026) and The Ocean Race around the world (2027) today in Lorient, France.
