Vittoria Ripa di Meana is a sailor and marine engineer who has been involved in offshore racing for several years. After competing in Mini 6.50 and Figaro races, she is now in charge of the rigging on the IMOCA Initiatives-Cœur.
In 2025, Vittoria joins the crew of the IMOCA Initiatives-Cœur for the Course des Caps, alongside Sam Davies and Violette Dorange. Her expertise in rigging and in-depth knowledge of the boat—skills she applies daily as part of the technical team—make her a quiet yet essential pillar of the team’s overall performance.
