Anne Beaugé discovered her passion for sailing late in life, but today she has a full CV, with several Atlantic crossings in races, experience of fast boats, a great sensitivity to the marine environment and a desire to share stories. Between photography and the sea, the young woman never seems to stop.
The former graphic designer who retouched advertising and fashion photos between Paris and New York, has become a photographer and... a sailor with an initiating Atlantic crossing on a classic yacht, then the Mini Transat in 2019 followed by a programme of races in Class40. When she is not at the helm, she is behind the lens.
She met Paul Meilhat, skipper of the IMOCA Biotherm, during a Défi Azimut. A few months later, he asked her to join him on The Ocean Race as an OnBoard Reporter.
